Fondation Jean-Charles-Bonenfant 2021-2022 Internships

It is now possible for candidates to apply for the 2020-2021 internship program of the Fondation Jean-Charles-Bonenfant.

​

Candidates will have until the 15th of February to complete thair applications.

​

The internship takes place in Québec, in te heart of parliamentary activity, from September to June and each intern receives a stipend of $24,000.

​

Each will have the chance to be paired once with a member of the National Assembly (MNA) from the government and once with an MNA of the opposition.

​

They will also go on exploratory missions (in Canada and abroad) and write an essay on parliamentarism or democracy.

Each year, five young graduates are selected.

​

They are required to have completed a degree in a Quebec university (in the last two years) and to hold canadian citizenship or permanent residence status in Canada.

​

Candidates must be passionate about politics, have to be involved in their community as well as have outstanding academic and professional records.
